1. Should you like to book a holiday or short-break, please initially contact us by phone or email, to confirm availability for the required dates and prices. A provisional booking can be made at this time.
2. Then to reserve your cottage please complete our booking form and send it to us with the appropriate deposit, which represents 30% of the total cost of the holiday (see prices).
3. On receipt of the deposit we will confirm your booking in writing.
4. The balance for the holiday is payable no later than one month before the arrival date, reminders will be sent   to you approximately six weeks before hand.
5. Payment of deposits and balances must be made by cheque (made payable to David Evans).
